Most first shots fail because the prompt asks for a new face and a camera move at the same time. Flow works when you split the job.
1. Nano Banana — start frame. Lock the face, wardrobe, and light. Generate two to four stills. Keep the one that holds the face.
2. Omni 1.1 Flash — motion. Use that still as the start frame. Write an 8-second move as direction, not as a request for a new person.
If the face drifts, do not add the word “beautiful.” Go back to the still and lock the character again in Character 2.0.
